Return policy
Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless MOS made an error or the item is defective. Report shipping damage within 14 days.
Shipping policy
In-stock orders typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday are processed the next business day. Carriers include USPS, UPS, DHL, or customer account. International duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
